Clean ingredients that bind, sweeten, preserve, and round out the formulation without the junk that crowds most snack labels. Coconut flour, sunflower lecithin, vanilla extract, monkfruit, sea salt, and mixed tocopherols (vitamin E) — six ingredients earning their place.
Clean Fiber Foundation
Coconut flour is made from dried, defatted coconut meat — creating a naturally gluten-free, grain-free flour that's remarkably high in fiber. It provides the perfect binding foundation for our bars while keeping them free from common allergens like wheat, oats, and soy.
Brain Fuel Emulsifier
Sunflower lecithin is a natural phospholipid extracted from sunflower seeds without chemical solvents. It serves double duty in our bars — as a clean emulsifier that creates smooth, consistent texture, and as a source of phosphatidylcholine, a building block for brain cell membranes and the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
Nature's Comfort Flavor
Real vanilla extract comes from the hand-pollinated orchid pods of Vanilla planifolia — one of the most labor-intensive crops on Earth. Beyond its universally beloved flavor and aroma, vanilla contains vanillin and other compounds with notable antioxidant properties.
Sweet Without the Sugar
Monk fruit (Luo Han Guo) is a small melon native to southern China, used for centuries as a natural sweetener and traditional remedy. Its sweetness comes from unique antioxidant compounds called mogrosides — not sugar — making it calorie-free while delivering a clean, sweet taste without the bitter aftertaste of some other natural sweeteners.
Essential Mineral Balance
A pinch of sea salt does more than enhance flavor — it provides essential sodium and trace minerals that support hydration, nerve function, and muscle contractions. Unlike heavily processed table salt, sea salt retains naturally-occurring trace minerals from evaporated ocean water.
Nature's Vitamin E Shield
Mixed tocopherols are a family of vitamin E compounds naturally found in nuts, seeds, and vegetable oils. In our bars, they serve as a natural preservative — protecting the healthy fats in almonds and walnuts from oxidation — while also delivering vitamin E's potent antioxidant benefits to your body.
