Chicory root fiber (inulin) is a naturally-occurring prebiotic fiber extracted from chicory root. Unlike ordinary fiber, it selectively feeds the beneficial bacteria in your gut — acting as fertilizer for your microbiome. A healthy gut microbiome is linked to everything from better digestion to improved mood and immune function.
Clean Fiber Foundation
Coconut flour is made from dried, defatted coconut meat — creating a naturally gluten-free, grain-free flour that's remarkably high in fiber. It provides the perfect binding foundation for our bars while keeping them free from common allergens like wheat, oats, and soy.
Your Body's Building Block
Collagen is the most abundant protein in the human body, making up roughly 30% of all protein. It's the structural scaffolding for your skin, joints, bones, and gut lining. After age 25, your body produces less collagen each year — supplementing helps maintain the structural integrity your body depends on.
Brain Fuel Emulsifier
Sunflower lecithin is a natural phospholipid extracted from sunflower seeds without chemical solvents. It serves double duty in our bars — as a clean emulsifier that creates smooth, consistent texture, and as a source of phosphatidylcholine, a building block for brain cell membranes and the neurotransmitter acetylcholine.
